"Lots of construction workers staying here and hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. The phone in our room kept ringing for no apparent reason and waking us up but no one on the other end of the line. Our room smelled like they had been trying to be covered up. Thank God, the bed was comfortable."

"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced. "
