"The cleaning staff was amazing such as the front desk working as a team to help you get in and secure and rest your body on the comfort of your room. Yesterday the cleaning staff came in and organized the whole room and designed the toilet paper with a rose and the Kleenex my wife and children loved it so much.. Kudos to them. Awesome place "

"Everything was extremely clean and the stay was perfect! We had so much fun in the pool, had a drink from the bar! Our girls loved the fun lobby with connect 4 and ping pong! Overall, it was peaceful! Would come back here again and look for other EVEN hotels for future travels!"

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety. It’s right by the CHI centre, which we could walk to the Tyler Childers concert and felt totally safe. On Wednesdays, this location offers free dinner ( hot dogs and french fries) and free booze! It was a great stay! "

The pool area was clean and I loved that they had fresh white pool towels rolled up on each table for people as well as more stacked on the side. Pool would be more appealing if maybe a couple of tall plants in the corner of room (even fake ones) and painted some of the wall areas blue so it is not so bland. (Not a complaint, just a suggestion.) Thank you for a nice stay. "
