"Haven’t been to Waterville over the past few years— the Hotel is a really nice addition to an ongoing revival of the downtown area. Very pleasant surprise. Ate in the restaurant which was very good. Everything was spotless and it was also quiet— so often hotels have thin walls and/or weird AC or heat noises. None of that. Slept very well. Nice bath/shower, too. Definitely will recommend and would stay again. "

"The front desk person was very kind and extremely helpful. As we entered the hotel hallways, it appeared to have the smell of smoke. The rooms had this smell as well. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. They need to upgrade their pillows. The breakfast was nice. Despite the minor smells in the hallways and rooms, it was for one night and it was manageable."
