"The front desk was amazing during our 4 day stay. Kim who we nicknamed Kimpossible was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My wife was there for an art class in Mineral Point and I had to knock around on my own for 3 days. Kim ensured I saw the best of the area. She always had a smile and friendly chat.
The breakfast was better than the other hotels we have recently stayed in.
There was wasted space in our suite that I wish they would have turned into an extra hanging...

The rooms are spacious and have a table with two chairs which we appreciate because we eat our breakfast there and like to play cards. The breakfast has a nice assortment and is good quality. The only thing is the actual bathroom doesn’t have much space. "

"Basic rustic motel. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Coffee offerings in the am but found Anita's just down that the road has a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff assisted with getting us, two couples, downstairs rooms which was nice for us. "

"It was quiet and clean and I felt safe. There is a nice size fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was pretty limited, but everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. "

"Staff was friendly and super helpful, very nice and welcoming, also they were understanding when we had to leave early for a family medical emergency. It is located in a great place just off the highway 30 minutes to Madison and 30 minutes to House on the Rock and absolutely love the surrounding landscape, scenery on a golf course plus near great food (Ope Haus is delicious!) Breakfast and drinks were filling, we enjoyed the activities for kids it is perfect for a low key water park like feel with the fantastic slides, ping pong and game room. Spacious and clean rooms. We will stay again!"
