The grounds definitely feel like a campus rather than hotel. Very clean and pretty. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the nespresso in the room and enjoyed the use of the free bikes.
The staff learned it was our anniversary and brought us a bottle of wine. We thought it a nice touch.

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?

I did think it was interesting that the drip coffee was NOT complimentary especially since when I checked in I was told me “coffee would be available at the bar in the lobby”. Just seems like a small cost to the hotel that would ultimately lead to a better experience for their guest. "

"Nice location. Friendly staff. Views are not great - we have been placed twice in a room that looks out into the neighboring building that is very close to the property. Nice showers but no bathtub. Coffee in unit but no creamer. S'mores are a nice touch.
