"The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the barmen and restaurant staff. Our room was very spacious . The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We loved the view from our room. The location was perfect and many of the sights we wanted to see were within walking distance.The breakfasts were delicious (lots of choices ) and was delighted to be able to have a cup of tea! "

"The Arlo and the staff were amazing! Right when we got there we were greeted with smiles! We had upgraded and said it was our birthday and our surprise. They gave us two free vouchers for a free meal, which was amazing! The food was wonderful we had breakfast. I had the steak and eggs, and the steak was cooked perfectly and everything was delicious. The room was clean. Our balcony was great overlooking the city we couldn’t have asked for anything more for our birthday trip. The pool unfortunately had to be closed due to some cleaning and maintenance but the next day they opened it early and everyone was able to enjoy the rooftop at night was amazing overall just wonderful wonderful trip."
"The room looked fantastic. The controllable lights. The double curtain. The vibe was there. But the tablet stopped controlling the tv and I had to use my phone through the app to control the tv. Which is a great backup actually because I stayed at a Hampton inn, and they remote died and they had no replacement. Only real bummer is the bed is kinda stiff, and not tall person friendly. Also disappointed they didn’t have hbo or any premium channels. But I honestly loved the vibe so much that I didn’t want to leave. I was actually sad at checkout."
