"The place is small and quaint. Very clean. The bed just sucked me in and i had an awsome nights sleep. The manager was awsome. Had awful problem getting the money i paid to Hotels.com to pay the hotel. Was able to get part paid and i had to pay the rest. Hotels.com owes me money. The next person that was checking in had the same problem but worse."

"When we arrived, the room we were initially given had a few things that still needed to be cleaned so we called the front desk to make them aware and see if we could just get someone to clean it. The front desk promptly called back and offered us an upgrade instead. Not only did they come and look at it themselves, but they showed us to the cabin we'd be in and were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience! We will definitely be back! "
