"The property is on Lake Superior with a woodland walking path, and has fun art inside and out. The food is healthy and delicious, all the staff are so helpful and the free programing is great. And, of course, Bayfield has a lot to offer, from national parks to great gift stores to a relaxed vibe. The ferry ride to Madeline Island is a lot of fun. And picking fruit on the orchards overlooking the city is a bonus."
"I loved the restoration with 60/70s themed fixtures and decor -- but all in perfect, like-new condition. Everything was great, unit was very clean and in excellent repair, it was quiet, and plenty of amenities are in the town nearby. The mattress was NOT 70s era -- it was very comfortable. "This Super 8 is more of a hotel rather than motel. Very clean, staff is friendly, and breakfast was excellent, you can make your own pancakes or waffles, and they offer a variety of bread, cereals, yogurt , or hard boiled eggs. The pool area is small but clean; I enjoyed the hot tub. It's not far from Bayfield ferry station, which took us to Madeline Island."
