The lobby reaked of curry. The room was extremely out dated. The sink had a crack down the middle. The ice machine was broken. Fortunately I was wake and eating the bland breakfast when they were dragging the broken machine down the hall at 7:20."

"The hotel and staff were were very nice. Not enough staff the people they did have were very friendly. And helpful. Needed more towels in the room only had two full size towels. Women need at least two each. They did deliver the towels. The pool was nice clean. Again with staff they did have was terrific. They accommodated us the best they could."

"Check-in was easy, room was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and good pillows. A little street noise (2nd floor and there were some late night motorcycles noise), but beyond that everything was perfect. Breakfast was great and constantly refilled. Staff were all pleasant and attentive. "

Non working phone , dirty toilet, night table coming apart.when i went to the front desk to try to change rooms i was told that my room was Very clean and there was nothing wrong with anything in the room including all the stains all of the feces left in the toilet. So I just politely checked out and left but I will never go back and i cannot Recommend this hotel to anyone. So don't waste your money go somewhere...

"This is a beautiful property- sprawling and beautiful - in a quaint little historic town. We were here the end of July 2025 and had the place to ourselves. Call about the restaurant because it wasn’t open on Tuesday when we checked in and we were counting on it. Nothing in town was open either so we had to drive to Poseyville for dinner. Also, the workout facility is not good and in a windowless basement that feels creepy. If not for that i would have given 5 stars on everything. "
"My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Evansville Downtown. We stayed for one night while on a roadtrip. After a long day and drive, we were greeted by the sweetest front desk woman who struck up a pleasant conversation with us while checking us in. The room we received was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. To no fault of the staff, we did have noisy neighbors which we easily drowned out with the TV. The parking lot was dimly lit, in need of a new layer of asphalt, and had a few suspicious characters. In the morning, we enjoyed the hotel's complimentary breakfast in the lobby before checking out.
