"The door was open. There was no bedding on the beds. There was some kind of liquid on the dresser and night stand. "

"No toilet paper, not even the toilet paper roll holder on the wall. What appeared to be blood on the bathtub floor.
Room was clean otherwise but a few bugs in room because they’d mopped the floor and left door open to dry. "

"We had been on the road too long and decided to find a hotel after midnight. Dana greeted us so nicely and provided a lovely room for 2 ladies. Reasonably priced and very comfortable with every amenity we could need. Thank you for a short stay!

"We were driving home to Ohio from Colorado, and had been in the car for 15 hours. All we wanted was a clean room to crash in for the night for a reasonable price. This place was perfect. This place was clean, quiet, well kept up and close to the highway. The breakfast bar was nice too. "

"Decent hotel and was clean with a friendly staff. Didn’t spend much time on property because we were in town for a baseball tournament. Best rate close to Edwardsville. "

"My friend and I stayed at Embassy Suites when a bunch of other friends stayed at other hotels that cost a whole lot more but did not get the amenities that we got. We got complementary breakfast, and a very, very good breakfast, every day. A very nice room with a living room, dining table, kitchenette, nice bathroom and bedroom with super comfortable beds. Each night between five and seven there was free liquor at the bar."
"My daughter and I spent 2 nights. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff is AMAZING! They were all so happy to help at all times. Bed were very comfortable. Řoom was clean. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options. Will stay here again for sure. You get way more than your $ worth!"
"The staff was great. All of them were very friendly. Walking distance to union station. Great food options nearby. Also, the breakfast was surprsingly good and how can you turn down free drinks in the evening. "
"All the staff, as soon as we walked in the door, was friendly and helpful. The person checking us in asked us about what we were doing and our travel. I thought that was super nice. The room was everything we needed for our one night stay. This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time there wasn't any fruit in the water in the lobby but we will look over that. 😀 my kids loved the fruit in the water the last time we stayed. Our room was away from any noise and the black put curtains were great the modning after our concert. "
Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We really liked our stay the Magnolia hotel. It's an older building, which shows in it's architecture and design. It feels like a historic part of the city.
The Hospitality was outstanding, any person was available for any questions and they were able to comply with our unique request. Thank you very much for all that you had to offer, we would definitely stay again if we are in town again."
St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

"I love this hotel! Being in an old train station that has been beautifully preserved is such an awesome experience. It’s absolutely beautiful! Our room even had a view of the otter exhibit from the aquarium. This will always be my go to hotel when going to any event at the Enterprise Center. "
