"Staff at this hotel are so super friendly, helpful and efficient! Gave us great restaurant recommendations at front desk. Called housekeeping for a luggage cart and it arrived in less than a minute. I was having trouble filling my water bottle with the infused water set up, and instantly someone was there to re-arrange it so that I could fill with ease. Beyond that, the ruin was very very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast enjoyable, *i love the little pancake maker!!

"The hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options.
The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens."

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here for my Busch Gardens trip and honestly, I don't think I'll stay anywhere else. It's close to both parks (water and busch gardens) and plenty of places to eat outside the park. The beds are so comfortable, it's always been clean and the rooms are very spacious. Employees are wonderful, even took the time out to remember my son and his friend names and engaged in a conversation with them each time they walked by the front desk. Pool was great, always clean. I can't recommend this place enough. We'll be back again next year. "
