Natchez is a beautiful town. Easy to get around although it has a lot of one way streets. We toured the city by carriage, which we enjoyed, the tour guide was very knowledgeable of the city's history. I would definitely recommend Natchez.

Had dinner at the Magnolia Grill, recommended by Debbie. Nothing fancy, but food and service excellent. Be sure to see Under the Hill. It is a walk along the Mississippi, but up high.

Natchez has a 'Feel' about it that we can't explain. We don't antique shop or enjoy nightlife but, the ambience is overwhelming with calming freedom. We visit when we can for 2 nights and eat at Roux 61 which is always great.

Many One-way streets! Beautiful preserved historical homes. Enjoyed driving around the neighborhoods.
"The room was large, clean and comfortable, including a sofa. However, the view of the sunset on the Mississippi River, visible from my room, was the highlight for me. Also, breakfast was good."
"Our 3rd time staying. Love the location. Easy walk to the Natchez brewery and the river walk. Room is spacious, comfortable and dog friendly. Breakfast voucher at local restaurant is top rate."
"The Beaumont House, was the first Bed and Breakfast we have stayed at, We were definitely not disappointed. I would and will come back to The Beaumont House again, the staff were beyond amazing, and the house was absolutely gorgeous. "
"I had an amazing stay at The Concord Quarters. The hosts are warm and hospitable people that instantly make you feel welcome. It is a beautifully renovated property steeped in local history. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. I wish I could have stayed longer. The perfect place to stay in Natchez."
"I usually don’t do Expedia reviews, but I wanted to for this stay! The young lady at the check in desk was enthusiastic, quick, and seemed genuinely happy for us to be here. The room is very charming and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in July, and the AC was comfortable. Haha!
I love that the rooms were arranged around the old house, not in a straight line like a typical hotel. There were charming little sitting areas and a cute outdoor courtyard.
Definitely recommend! "
"The Days Inn in Natchez offered a warm greeting from the Staff and answered all our questions as far as they were able. The building is old and needs remodeling of which we met the painter. We had paint on the floor in our room without towels for use and had to go to the front desk to get the towels. We also noticed red lights on the phone which was annoying when trying to sleep. After contacting the staff, we were told they would take it off, but it never was taken off for the entire stay. The sink was cracked, and the toilet stained and look dirty, but I bring my own cleaning products and made sure the room acceptable. The breakfast was awesome and while we were not able to partake of the dinner; the menu was awesome. "
"OMG, the staff were amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen. They were very friendly and were easy to talk to. The staff gave me food ideas, fun things to do and had beautiful smiles. Those attributes alone is why I'll be back. I was solo because my my friend backed out last minute. I felt so safe here too. "
"An absolutely Divine Stay! June was Hot but the charming pool was a refreshing quench at the end of the day. Big beach towels in a cute pool bag were provided in the room for us. The complementary tour of the house was gorgeous! The Garden & Veranda areas were well maintained and in full bloom. Our Hosts were most Gracious & the Ladies of their staff are very attentive, accommodating and just precious, wonderful people. The Douglas room on the 1st floor had easy access to everything. The sit down Breakfast every morning was scrumptious. We felt like invited guests and are already planning our next trip! There are big refrigerators that are assessable in near by areas to store beverages or leftovers from magnificent meals so we didn’t have to bring a cooler. Rent a golf cart it’s worth it for touring the area at your own pace. Wear comfortable shoes; lots of steps on many home tours."
"We stayed in the Carriage House, which despite being very old did have modern facilities. The air conditioning and shower were very good. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. It was good to have the option to stream films on the TV. We were sent an email from our host with instructions to access the property and park which also gave good recommendations to local restaurants and attractions."
"The owners made you feel at home in their beautiful old home. The backyard bluff view of the river was very nice with nice chairs. Very quiet and serene. Highly recommend for a nice stay on the north side of town"
"When you stay at The Pillars, you’re transported to yesteryear, when things were quieter, softer, more genteel than present day. Even the house cats seem relaxed, as they casually study the guests and decide to offer you their welcome. The surroundings, from decor to bed linens are sumptuous, and the overall feeling is one of quiet discovery as you imagine yourself living there in a different century."
