"The cabin had damaged flooring and the floor, especially in the bathroom, was dirty. Otherwise, cleanliness was good. The shower in the cabin is tiny so easier to use the showers in the bathhouse, which is a nice bathhouse. No yard or view with the cabin which was disappointing. Cabins and RV lots are very close together so little privacy as it's densely packed. The resort did seem like a good place for families with children. Service was very friendly. Location was good for our needs. "

We called the number and the manager on duty was making an airport shuttle run, which is completely understandable, but it meant we waited quite a while to check in. Breakfast was a few packets of oatmeal and yogurt. There was coffee, but we had expected more options."

"Definitely the most comfortable room of our trip. Our only complaint was even though there was 3 beds, there wasn't bedding for 3 beds. But the room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. "

We were visiting our son at University of St. Mary in Leavenworth. There are no hotel rooms available there so we stayed in Platte city. Seemed like a nice community lots of retail and dining very clean, but not very walkable.

"I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Street car right by to take us downtown or just walk to the adjoining mall full of specialty shops.at Crown Center. The aquarium, lego land and union station all right there. Now the staff was the absolute best, not one bad attitude, all very cheerful and helpful. "

"Great hotel. The 3rd floor hallways smelled like essential oils and other smell good fragrances. The room was large. The beds looked like king sized beds although they were actually queen bed. The room looked to have been renovated recently and was very nice. The bedding was super comfortable. "
