"Hotel was very clean, very nice and the staff were terrific! Pool was a nice temperature and clean. The elevators were quick with the lobby in close proximity. Breakfast options were good with everything you needed. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful if needed. I booked through hotels.com and my credit card was charged when I booked. However, when I arrived at hotel, they had no record of payment from hotels.com. Krisanne, desk manager, was AWESOME. After a lot of effort on her part, she was able to contact the right organization and get what she needed to confirm the payment. And she was very nice about it and extremely helpful when none of it was her fault. THANK YOU Krisanne!!"

"I have stayed at this property more than 8 times in the last three months and everytime the room is clean and smells good. Towels were thick and fluffy and the shower soaps were well stocked. Even though the property is older and the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, the room itself stands out much better. Clearly a case of don't judge the well travelled areas as what your room is going to be like. The staff is friendly and management is always smiling and inviting. "
