"I normally stay at the Eaglewood resort and spa, but they were all booked due to lollapalooza the Marriott midway Chicago was closer to Lala Pelouze only took 20 minutes to get to definitely recommend Love❤️💕😍 the Eaglewood resort and Spa though too"

"This was a typical mid-range property. It was VERY clean, in fact I was greeted with the smell of bleach when I entered my room which not everyone might like but to me it's a very clean smell. The staff was excellent, friendly and engaging. There wasn't a single hiccup in my stay. "

"The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”, “ I need your ID”, there would be no other communication as We checked in and I had to ask about charges because no explanation was offered and when we checked out the young lady at desk refused to give me a receipt for my stay she told me “ you can get it from the people you booked through “ even though I asked her to give it to me and that I have never had a receipt come from the third party company. She still refused. We made the best of our stay, pool was ice cold so couldn’t enjoy that and we won’t be staying here again but the staff that did help us is the reason I rated it the way that I did because I didn’t want the few negatives to over shadow the staff that were great and did a wonderful job helping us but this comment is for feedback purposes so maybe when others come there can be a few changes made to make the overall experience great for everyone!"

"We came to the property early to drop off our luggage and go to the Cubs game. The staff not only let us check in early, but in g ormed us about how to take the shuttle to the train! Awesome!"

"My experience was awesome. The decor in the room was mid-mod! So spacious and pretty. Loved the tech features! The security of the result was cutting edge. Scan your key and be directed to an elevator! Spent a few hours and dollars in the casino. Fun! Didn't try the restaurant but definitely on my next trip. We will stay here again."

"Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and tidy, nights were mostly quiet except for one night when someone's car alarm went off. The door to the gym is stuck though. If they fix that problem, it'd be perfect."

"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was a great addition to the room. It was a smoking room we were booked in, but the staff were very helpful in providing a liquid spray to get rid of any smoking odors in the room since we were non-smokers. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the amenities provided in the room. My only suggestion would be to include a coffee maker in the room. "
