Wonderful breakfast and the friendliest staff there to ensure that everything is perfect. We stayed in the main house and enjoyed our room. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was a vacation within the vacation! What a lovely spot and every bit of it is comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. I could easily have spent days just sitting in all the various garden spaces. The bed was luxurious and comfortable and there was plenty of good coffee available in the room. Easy walk to the plaza too. We tried the brunch one day and it was delicious. This will be my place to stay in Santa Fe from now on."

Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! "Very clean and functional. Amenities were plenty especially for the price point. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options good even though apple juice was not available the day I was there. In addition the ice machine on 2nd floor was not working. Many entry points into the facility which was nice. Only negative was the elevator was very confusing because it doesn't show a second floor even though one does exist and both lobby and 1st floor are the same. May be tough for a senior to understand and catch on. Finally, Cerrillos Drive has plentiful restaurants near the hotel but the entry points are very confusing where you may make a wrong turn and have to double back. Not the hotel's fault but inconvenient for a guest. Would recommend staying here if in the area!"

"We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??"
"The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "
