"Palatka is a small town with not very many options. The Best Western is for sure one of the better places to stay. The room could have been cleaner, but I could say that about any hotel room, and it had a moldy smell to the room, not sure if it was coming from the A/C unit or not. "

"The only complaint is the trash is not empty on a daily basis you have to call house keeping i called a couple of time and still didn't show. Was there for 5 days only emptied 2 days trash over flowed. Over all i was completely satisfied would stay there again. "

"I got two rooms for the night one of them we ended up having to move to another room because the second floor was leaking water somewhere and it was coming through the ceiling and the room just smelled like it wasn’t clean and just didn’t look clean at all the bathrooms were nasty. The toilets barely work."
