Just passed through the town for one night , no issues with the room . Was quiet . Safe area. Others came down complaining about their room , so maybe I got lucky but … in a good area , clean room, i had a long day of travel, i got a good sleep. I can’t ask for anything more really "

"Upon checking in, I was given keys to a room on the 4th floor. I was carrying 4 bags on my shoulders, go to first room, it was already occupied with luggage everywhere. Go back down to front desk, get new room keys all the way on 4th floor again, go up and new room keys do not work. Go back down and finally get working keys.
