"This is an older motel, so it is not as clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Liked that i could park the car in front of my room. Area was quiet. Was able to have my dog and a smoking room which was a big plus. The cost was cheaper than surrounding hotels. Would stay again."

"We've stayed at other Towne Place Suites so we were not hesitant to book this one.
Upon arrival (91°heat) there was no working air in the lobby area (luckily rooms did have air.) The lobby is cluttered, dingy and dated. Check in process is antiquated but staff was friendly. This property needs to up it's cleaning game as hall carpets are stained and smelled like "wet dog".
The room set up was fine but again, dirt in corners of the bathroom, torn curtains, well worn couch all need...

This was a great respite, and it seems like it was for all the Cleveland Clinic patients' family members I met at the lovely, friendly, high quality bar/restaurant in the lobby as well. "We were only here for a night but upon arrival (I had done online check-in), we were told we had 2 free bottles of water in the fridge but when the counter staff saw we were 4, she allowed us to take 2 extra. The hotel itself is actually pretty cool. It is very trippy - like 50’s-60’s color/decor. There was even a wine vending machine in the lobby. It is very institutional looking in the hallways. We joked that we were waiting for the 2 twin girls to show up in the hallway. The room itself was very spacious. We were surprised by it. There is no tub which is fine if you don’t have small children but it is a total walk in so people with issues stepping over the side of the tub will like this. Pillows were soft but I can’t seem to get away from that. It is situated across the street from the airport and a NASA research center. I couldn’t hear the planes from inside. We went to dinner about 8-10 mins away - there is a mall with many dining options close by. I would stay here again if the need arose to be in Cleveland again."
