"A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. "Amazing, two properties pool on a roof top on both of them, with bar at the pool, you can drink while sitting inside the pool, and the value is added to the room number. One of the properties had access straight to the beach. Parking was easy and secure, being inside the facility "

"Hotel completo. Boa Localização, infraestrutura e atendimento. O hotel fica proximo á praia dos Artistas, na Via Costeira No hotel, tem muita variedade de entretenimento, piscina, academia, sala de jogos, área para descanso e lazer. No quarto TV LCD com opções de canais, ar condicionado, cofre, frigibar, secador de cabelo, wi-fi e boa ducha.A cama é muita boa e confortável. O cafe da manhã é completo e a cada dia com itens variados.Fazem tapioca, crepioca e omelete. A piscina é muitas boa, com sol o diai inteiro.Na frente do hotel tem uma pequena praia, bem sossegada e com acesso pela avenida do hotel.O hotel fornece toalhas para praia e.piscina. O restaurante do hotel não funciona nas segundas-feiras, de terça a sábado, com serviço de almoço e jantar, com pratos executivos e aos domingos só almoço até as 15h. O atendimento é atenciso e simpático. O hotel.estava cheio, porém tinha muita gente á trabalho e as areas de. azer estavam vazias e tranquilas. "This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience."

"Great hotel in a great location. However, there are a few weird things that Americans will find very unusual one is they do not accept Apple Pay (when even the street vendors in Brazil do). Second it’s probably the worst Wi-Fi in a hotel I have ever used in Brazil. They probably don’t even try to improve it so if you work remote do not rely on the Wi-Fi. It’s absolutely hideous. The only thing that saved this hotel is the location, the breakfast and the staff Everything else is just not great, needless to say that I wouldn’t return. "

"Hotel was a solid average. The outside facility is in great shape, but the room I got was far from ideal. Leaking toilet and sink, AC not functional when we arrived, towels were always stained, had to buy my own toiletries because the ones provided by the hotel were not enough. Breakfast was good, had several options. But you have to stress-plan and time your arrival before it actually starts. There are not a lot of tables and if you have plans for the morning and wait until 7 am to go and eat, you'll not have tables available and will have to eat either standing up or at the chairs on the pool, as they don't allow people to eat in their rooms. Although we had good service, I believe I would not return to this hotel, neither would recommend it due to the price we paid for the overall infrastructure of the facility."
