The only one thing I would like would be a better coffee machine in the rooms, the instant coffee was terrible.
But overall incredibly comfortable, nicely kitted out and maintained, great pools and the service in the restaurants and at reception was absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the staff at all."

The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and...

My only niggle is our room with pool (202) like many others did not get sun on the terrace until around 1 in the afternoon, when it was too hot for us. We spent our time by the main pool, which is gorgeous and often we were the only ones there. But not using our own pool was disappointing. I would definitely go again but not pay for a private pool."
