"The door to our room wouldn't fully close. Even with all the locks latched, there was still a big gap. The carpets were disgusting with stains everywhere, and an ice machine had flooded our hallway. Worst of all was the pool area! There was literal VOMIT in the pool, old pizza on the ground, beer cans overflowing the trash can, and even an adult toy beside the pool! So gross!!"

I over paid for this hotel. I've stayed at 5 hotels on this trip and this one is in the worse condition. Did get a goog nights sleep, comfortable beds. But not worth $140.00, more in the line of $65 - $75 a night."

The bed was a little harder than I would have liked.
The noise from footsteps from floor above and on the same floor was a little disturbing on the hard floors when trying to sleep.

"The staff and room was excellent. The only problem I see they need to work on:
1. The breakfast area is still too warm for people to enjoy their breakfast.
2. The gravy was lumpy.
3. Only one elevator was working and the other one was contrary.
Overall, if I can get the same room because it had a handicap shower I will definitely stay again. "
