"This is our 2nd stay at this location for a quick summer family getaway. We LOVE it! The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The pool has the best view of the city. The location is perfect for exploring. Tons of food options nearby. Highly recommend!"

"It was a great stay. The workers there are very attentive and helpful. Clean rooms. The only bad experience was the upstairs bar restaurant. The food wasn't the best and the service needed some adjusting. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and advice people to as well. "

"The Mark is nice but it’s also one of the most expensive 5 star hotels, Manhattan. The problem is it’s pretty plain compared to the other hotels in the area not much stood out. I will say, their service and hospitality was great. It’s one of the few hotels that acknowledged my Expedia status and honored my discounts and late check out. The in room dining was about the same as the peninsula or the plaza. "

"great location - steps away from the subway, and in super-cool soho. really clean. expensive price per night but you do get grown alchemist toiletries and a really exclusive feel. all the staff are amazing and really friendly. quiet hotel which is sometimes rare in new york! "
