"Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. "

"Super close to lifts, and restaurants. A little rough around the edges, but most things were fine. Appliances were all nice, and t.v. was modern.
To nitpick (since you asked), my biggest complaint would be that there wasn't a clean sponge in the kitchen sink, and the only cooking pot available for cooking would have been rejected from a second-hand store. I don't expect too much from rentals (ie, I usually bring my own knives and basic cooking supplies), but I want at least basic quality pots...

"The front desk staff was great! We wanted a balcony room, and they provided 2 options. The first room (213) had no screen on the door and the window wouldn't stay up. The second room (220) was better and had a view of the plaza which we enjoyed. The issues we had in this room: water to the kitchen sink was not on and the coffee machine didn't drip into the pot. Coffee ended up all over the counter. Aside from this, the bathroom was clean and nice. The murphy bed was comfortable. "

No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather.

"The lady up front was super sweet since we had a lot in common. They upgraded me to an ADA room with a king bed since I can’t do stairs. Only charged an extra $10 per night. The room was I pretty good shape. Needed a little paint touch up in a couple spots. But overall I will stay there again. "
