The owner was very helpful and I love the fact that all the staff is local. They all did their very best to make us feel comfortable, pleasent and simply just enjoy our visit.

The staff went above and beyond for absolutely everything - booking our custom excursion to even getting us a breakfast burrito delivered by the security guard at 2am because we had to drive back to San Jose that early. The rooms are fantastic, everything is brand new and visually pleasing. The pool area and cabanas are wonderful too. Staff is very friendly and supportive. "This is an amazing property in a very peaceful setting away from the hustle bustle of tourists. The pool area and the grounds overall are absolutely stunning! They have a beach club which is a few steps down from the property and that was the perfect walk for us every day. They also have golf carts to take you there if you don’t care to walk.
The service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I had asked them to put some flowers and a bottle of winner in our room when we checked in. They went over and above and decorated the room with balloons and even brought us cake :)
The food was great too, especially the breakfast!
My only complaint was the age of the rooms. They are a little dated. But the staff said that they are going to kick off a remodel soon.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful start at this place! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Costa Rica!"
