There are a lot of activities for guests such as bird watching, hiking trails, horseback riding. There is also a Spa that offers diverse services. Excellent place to relax by the River Savegre. "What a treat! This hotel is definitely worth the trip up the mountains! We stayed for one night in the superior tent and it was amazing! The view, the service, the jacuzzi, the hospitality. We even got to meet the owner at the restaurant (breakfast is free with your stay). The room had a fridge and big screen tv where we watched Netflix. I was so sad we had to leave but we’ll definitely be back!"

Additional problem: the restaurant. They just don’t know how to cook. We made an error by having a dinner there: the meet was oversalted and the fish was like rubber. "

The gardens, trees, pathwasy outdoors and hallways were very well cared for, and the staff were helpful and efficient. I felt a real dedication to good service from them all. The pool was clean and the area relaxing. The restaurant was great.

"The rooms are a bit small but align with the price. If you're looking for a comfortable bed and very cozy space on a budget, this is the place for you. The staff were warm and welcoming and breakfast was delicious.
Close proximity to stores, parks and restaurants, but the area doesn't feel like the safest after late hours.
The stay was satisfactory but would have been better if there was backup power. There was a power outage on the final day of our stay and we weren't able to pack early as we were in complete darkness in the room, and it got hot."

"This place was perfect and the staff was truly incredible. The rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for us. Restaurants were nearby and downtown was a short walk. But, the most amazing part was the staff. My mom had left her phone in the room after check out. Keyling, the front desk attendant, immediately called me letting me know and found a quick solution to get my mom’s phone back to us at the airport! Yes the hotel was great but having a staff look out for you and care is priceless. Thank you again Keyling! And next time we are in San Jose, we will be here!"
