Lovely room, air conditioned which was needed, patio, coffee machine, lovely big bed, large tv with WiFi, fridge, nice bathroom, rainfall shower. Modern and clean, with friendly staff who were able to advise me on how best to use my limited time in the city (I walked along the lake to the ferry point that takes you over to Meersburg - fabulous), it was within easy walk of the station. "The beds were awful and so was the restaurant. My back hurt all night and the food was the worst I’ve ever had. I was sick the entire night with food poisoning. The staff didn’t care that we had a horrible experience and happily charged us for the hotel tax and parking in cash. "

"We rented the apartment at the top of the building and it was simply amazing. The elevator goes directly to the apartment on the 5th floor where there are no other rooms or apartments. The space is large and everything is very well equipped. Very good stay. The only problem is that it is 30 minutes from the lake so you need a car but we had a car. I also wish the parking was free. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect."
