"Really amazing. Four days of comfort (great beds and rooms) , had business room with Mountain View and longe access. Worth paying extra. Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. Far exceeded expectations. Pool area lovely but only downside is hotel is surrounded by busy roads so headphones helped to relax! Highly recommend and I don’t say this often! "

"The Metropole in Mysore was a delight. A colonial style large residential space from the early 20th Century, it retains a certain old world charm in its architecture, layout, decor, furniture and the way the space is curated. Good service and excellent location. We were very happy. I would stay here again "

"THE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provide"

"Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception staff, restaurant staff or manager went out of their way to help and were always cheerful and friendly. There is an onsite restaurant and coffee shop, just a couple of things to be aware of 1. The menu is predominantly Indian (well you are in India) however there are one or two European dishes available and 2 .The hotel is alcohol free but the mocktails were delicious and we never noticed the absence of booze. We didn’t use the on site swimming pool or gymnasium but they never appeared crowded. Outside of the hotel it’s about a five minute walk to an ATM and auto rickshaws. Alternatively, if you need a taxi the hotel will arrange this for you. We had a wonderful stay and have given the Oshin Hotel a five star rating - it deserved nothing less. "

One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine"

"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided."

"Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has good space and ambiance…. We tried few veg items, there is scope for improvement there.. we tried pool as well, it was clean and ample space with chairs to sit. Liked it."
