Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid.
The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. At this price i would'nt...

Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. We went at 9.30am one day and there was pretty much nothing left(other than bread)
Overall we would definitely stay again, staff, the hotel and location make up for it.
