"The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable.
The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy.
If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai and it would feel like coming home.

The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). Away from town a bit but at max $2US for tuk tuk, or 20 min walk, it's not a major issue. Pool is nice, loving it here"
