"Locating the property isn't great as all the building numbers are "76" which made it slightly difficult to find when I had to use Google translate for the taxi man. That aside I enjoyed my stay and the receptionist was very welcoming and helped me out a lot as I can't speak Chinese. I was very fortunate to have them there.

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "

"Very poor customer service and communication was absurd! Not courteous at all and it’s very clear that they are not bothered about non citizens- sad indeed . No lunch either , only a buffet which was finished when I got to the hotel. And they could not even offer small meals regardless. Awful indeed . Not everyone likes a buffet !! "

"The staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel could be a little hard to find for taxi drivers (it’s in the back of the plaza) but overall pretty convenient. There’s a convenient store and a KFC in the same plaza so easy to buy some quick food if needed. It was about 40-60 mins drive away from the city center where a lot of attractions are, but you can also take the taxi to the airport and take the subway from there. "

Just 1 restaurant and it is Chinese food only and closed at 5pm for dinner. No room service menu and nobody in bar lounge to order a drink. Billard room was chained closed. Very disappointing stay."

The decor, high dome ceiling and chandeliers, walking closet, second tub with shower, the automatic toilet, the big round jacuzzi tub with the view, the soft light robes and the comfy slippers. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not up to par. Had to called multiple times to get some service. Wish the hotel have. Full service nice looking bar over looking the lake while enjoy the afternoon tea or cocktails, and a convenience store to buy some necessity like snacks, etc. "
