"Really enjoyed my 3 nights here and I found it very relaxing. Staff are great, really helpful and very friendly. The setting is great and people in the surrounding area are great. The lake is fascinating as are the salt harvesters. The only negative point (for me) is that had I been travelling with a partner I would have wanted slightly more privacy in the toilet! (The toilet is the other side of a wall from the bed but this wall doesn't go up to the roof... and there isn't a door! British...

"The wifi not available in the room, the TV is not working. No garbage can in the room . We needed to go to the office to get the remote controls ; only one worked the air condition. The bedding and fourniture. Are old , the paint on the wall is discolored. A very disappointing hotel even by Senegal standard."

They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. This is completely dishonest. Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings?
They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help....

"We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels "
