"The location was great, right off the freeway, so easy in and out for us. Surprisingly, it was pretty quiet.
The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for early check-in. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I had been given a 3rd floor room and had previously asked for ground floor. The girl at the desk changed it for me and I appreciated that.
Netflix was not working and front desk was not able to help but said they would ask for some kind of compensation for us. Wi-Fi was very good.

Room was good, very clean, however the bed was a bit hard and lumpy pillows. Not a deal-breaker, tho.
Breakfast was decent, good coffee, lots of options. The attendant was very nice and made sure everything was stocked.

"From the outside, this place looks like many of the other little hotels in the area where when you walk into your room, and it’s mountain kitch, with bears and dark wood, and deer heads , etct. But this place is different, the rooms are beautiful. It’s obvious they’ve been recently renovated. They’re large and fresh and open. Huge TV great sound. Fridge freezer microwave. That was a pretty kick ass room."
"Check in was quick, the rooms are perfectly what you would expect in a mountain town, clean, great views, everything is walking distance. This is right by the village and there was so much to do, so many shops, places to eat, places to drink, tattoo shops, we did it all. "

The staff was friendly an helpful, i needed a small package opened an i had nothing to open it with, the front desk was kind enough to get some scissors an cut the package for me. "A very nice clean hotel. Room ac was phenomenal during our stay. Loved it. Our only issue was breakfast, I'm not faulting the one cook/server/busboy. Towards the end of breakfast he was exhausted. I've noticed when I stay at other Residence Inns, they have the same staff level, except when it gets busy the management comes to buffet area and they all help out and keep everyone happy. This hotel for what ever reason did not. Other than eating my cornflakes out of a coffee mug using a plastic fork, we had a great stay. "

"N&P is comfort and luxury at its finest in Big Bear. The art deco is modern, the rooms are decorated like a 5-star hotel. We had a total of 10 ppl and it was spacious for everyone to stay.
