"It reminds me the stories of dirty hostles in WWII... poor condition, poor bedding, dirty, primitive, horrible place to even go. If you do not believe me feel free to experience it yourself. "

"Nice out of the bustle location along the lake. The food was good, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The prices for the food were a bit steep but other than that a nice place to stay."

"The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out on anything. We would stay again if I came back to the...

"In one word, it is a perfect hotel, a wonderful hotel with its quality that has not changed for years, it is literally a wonderland, the staff is very hospitable, our choice for years has always been and will always be Hilton."

"Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning. "

"The hotel lobby is beautifully painted and decorated. The rooms are big and posh. Probably one of the most economic hotels in Van City."

"Our stay in Reform was really enjoyable, far more better than we expected.
There were some hassle in checking in, the reservation made by Hotels.com was not easily be found. "

"We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. "

"The hotel is newly built and clean. The staff mostly don't speak English or persian but there try hard to communicate and they are super respectful and nice we loved it. During our stay we had water and electricity outage, but they handled it very well with bringing water bottles frequently and turning on the electric generator."

"The place is quite ok to stay with your family. The staff are very much helpful and kind.
The place is located in the middle of the city.
Just a couple of walking steps and you are there in the middle of the city where you do have all the various markets and the shopping center within your hand reach. "

"Fine for the money. Not much English spoken but polite on front desk. Except the lady at checkout who was discourteous. "

"This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars in the room. Also, the bathroom/ shower was not clean enough and there was a lot of hair and other items! There."

"This is a wonderful hotel with truly kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was small, but served my needs well - I found it to be very good value. I initially had some WiFi issues (my phone wouldn't connect from the bed area), but solved it by using my computer as a hotspot. The free breakfast every morning was delicious and varied. I loved my time here so much and would absolutely come back. I originally booked for four nights and ended up staying another four. I didn't want to leave! Don't hesitate to book here. Thank you all for a great stay in Van! :)"
"It was near the worst part of town. It was basically a motel that wasn't clean. Nobody could speak English. Whatever description is incorrect, and the quality was awful."
