"I booked 2 rooms. My 2nd room was booked for Kimberly Burkhart. We checked in, left our room for a bit to then find out that they also assigned this room to another couple giving them keys to Kimberlys room. This other couple went into Kimberlys room with out her knowledge or approval. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. The front desk acted like it was our fault and offered nothing for having to spend another 45 minutes at the desk to get it straightened around. NOT HAPPY"

I only gave the comfort part 4 stars though due to when I took a shower at 10am, the water was a little less than luke warm, basically it was like taking a cold shower! "Very clean, bed so comfy. Loved the roof top balcony. Staff awesome. The only thing we didn’t care for was no cleaning staff came in at all, we went and got new towels from front desk because the “green” plan was to reuse towels and washcloths, but we don’t reuse towels and washcloths and no one emptied trash in room or left new coffee packs for us each day. The breakfast room didn’t have people there for coffee sometimes. The front desk people had to come help us get coffee. The roof top staff was amazing. "
"The hotel itself was different from what I’m used to and I think that’s what drew me in. Loved the large windows and the views if the city. Loved the king bed and how simple the room was. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too. Will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future!"
