"Check in was horrendous and took forever. We had 3 rooms and one of us was given keys to a room that was occupied. They were then given a key to another occupied room. I was given a room with dirty towels thrown on a cabinet. I was then shown several rooms and told to pick ones . A lot of keys thrown around with little security. No one should provide internet service for this hotel as there is a lack of security and carelessness with patrons keys."

"No has out dated curtains fell off the wall no screen in the window no toilet paper no cable place was a crap hole and they charged me a extra $200 I want my $200 back I'm not paying for curtains falling off the wall cus you don't no how to put Sheetrock anckers in.
