"We booked through a third party for a wheelchair accessible room, however, that isn't what they sent to the hotel, and so our assigned room wasn't accessible. I spoke with the manager and he explained the situation and moved us to an accessible room. He was very nice.
My only suggestion is the hairdryer and mirror in the bathroom should be lower so someone in a wheelchair or who is short statured could reach them."

I have personally spoken with Mr. Narendra (the General Manager, Rodeway Inn, Findlay) and have complimented him on many occasions about the great condition of this particular Rodeway Inn. During this recent stay, after checking out, my friend inadvertently left behind a medical device on a dresser next to the TV. Mr. Narendra notified me as soon as he found out about the mishap. I gave a big thank you to the cleaning staff and Mr. Narendra. This is just one of the reason's why I travel all the way from Niagara Falls, NY to Findlay, OH and stay at the Rodeway Inn.
