He went and double checked the room before getting us keys to ensure it was ready for them to go lay down. He moved fast and efficient.

"I felt bad for the intake staff. You had to make reservations on line, that was not a problem but, then had to show the confirmation # to the short handed staff who were running the diner in front of hotel. Then wait till they served their patrons.
