"Keith and carol were excellent hosts very friendly. We arrived early Keith let us check in early after a long journey. Parked onsite for the duration. Walk to esplanade is at least 15 mins. Breakfast was a fried breakfast or cereal. Bedroom was a nice size and clean with shower in en-suite. "

"This Hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. The room was was perfect for us, and the breakfast was with some great quality produce (bacon especially)! Staff were really nice and helpful too. Just there when you need them. No fuss. Highly recommended. "

"This was our second stay in this beautiful old manor house situated peacefully within a few minutes walking distance of West Bexington Beach. Once again we had a wonderful stay. The food was very good. There is an excellent choice for breakfast, all of which was nicely cooked and presented. We also ate in the restaurant which was very good with a varied menu choice. The bedrooms are a little tired in places but this in no way reflects the cleanliness of the room nor comfort of the mattress, duvet, pillows and linen. We had a sea view room which was just beautiful. Our room and the hotel in general is so very peaceful. The grounds are exceptional with sea views and horses and sheep in the surrounding fields. We sat watching foxes and rabbits playing whilst drinking a G&T, just perfect. The hotel is within a short driving distance of Abbotsbury and its attractions and also Lyme Regis etc is about a 30 minute drive away. We will return one day for another peaceful and relaxing stay. The Manor House is very special. "

"I had a lovely stay. The owners/staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Even though it’s connected to a pub you couldn’t hear a thing. The bed was comfy and the ensuite bathroom was gorgeous The only negatives are, I couldn’t leave my window open as there was an easily accessible large ledge right outside and the window could be opened fully from the outside if left open so I didn’t feel safe to leave open. The parking is a small walk (2 mins) and you have to park in a loading bay to check in and then get the parking permit which wasn’t fully explained when I booked. I would definitely stay here again. "Very hospitable staff and lovely breakfast room overlooking the sea . Prime location. I booked a single room as solo traveller which I can recommend to others. Room well proportioned as sometimes single rooms aren't with ample storage and easy to work hot efficient shower. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Nice decor with good positioned television and tho I'm not used to a single bed. All was forgotten as it was comfortable. Perhaps better than home. !! I used to sell beds so I do know !! Can recommend for solo traveller . Thank you to every body at aqua beach . "

"Got a family room (5people) with sea view which was freshly renovated clean and spacious. Newly furnished, new comfy mattresses large winfow facing the sea. Bathroom freshly renovated and modern with shower cubicle. The pictures in the listing were taken before renovation and doesn't do the justice. I was impressed with the room. Parking at the back of the property tight but available. Pool table, darts and evening entertainment in the basement. Pleasant stay just staff running around and hard to find in the reception. Perfect location "
