"Nice hotel close to wine pubs/restaurants. Clean and modern with nice buffet breakfast. Very nice staff at breakfast time. Terrible check in experience. Arrived before 3 (the stated check in time) and reception was closed. Waited abs waited. Could not reach hotel by phone or via doorbell until somebody came at 4pm - there was no apology, just a remark that the stated checkin time of 3 pm was not applicable since the boss was not around. Really??? There was no message or door sign to that...

"Was so quiet we could not believe it . And there was a full moon . Good to get away from it all Staff delightful . Slow internet so enjoy the peacefulness. Great breakfast! Had a shower head malfunction but we fixed ourselves. Would have liked a few more signs on road to get there. Not all rooms have kitchen or Cabnets . Need to let owner know if can’t do stairs .( 4 people master in loft with attic stairs )"
