"We were late arriving and had been anxious, having booked dinner, but Tanguy was a relaxed, understanding, and welcoming host. The room with its window seat, large and well-appointed bathroom, and surroundings were spotless. Despite being only a couple of streets from the busy main road Le Clos des Poulies was peaceful and set in a lovely garden. Dinner was great - thank you Tanguy!"

"Quick stop over on way back to Calais. Super friendly English host who was welcoming and accommodating. We had a triple room which was a little snug and had yet to receive the make-over the rooms on the ground floor had. No A/C so the fans were a welcome addition on what was a very warm night. Everything was clean and tidy though and the breakfast was a great start to another long day!
Restuarant next door does a good range of meals (not just pizza), but does get very busy so reservations...

"The staff is incredibly nice ...the room is big with super bathroom. Yet, there's no air-conditioning which I knew that, so, no complaining. I had to move the bed to get something that fell ...not clean at all. So, if that didn't happen...it looked so clean...bathroom, etc. The fridge was super clean. Most important, I booked early and had an unbelievable low price. A bit far from the center for those who don't like to walk. Overall...sooooo nice . "
