"The stay could have been better if the central air cooling had not broken the day we arrived. The location is perfect if you intend to use the tram for going around Geneva. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially Laticia at the Front Desk, who helped sort out parking for me, provided a tower fan as the weather was too hot. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough for me to be happy to stay here again if I had to. "

"From the reception team to the restaurant staff nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared for our family while we were staying.

"Perfect location. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had in my life. I'm glad I had my earplugs as it can be a little noisy. He laid into the night, given the fact that it is right in the city the waiters in the restaurant were super nice. The food is very good too. I really enjoyed this hotel. I would stay there again."

The only issue I faced was the toilet, little less lighting, the loose shower fixture, and the curtains were a little weird.

"Wonderful stay at hotel Bernina! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The room was also cleaned everyday which was appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and shower very clean. The bed was comfy and provided the perfect nights sleep.
The only fault we found was with the tv being unable to stream from our phones. But with the stunning views from our window we found we didn’t much need it."
