"Very clean and all in all, a great hotel. The sofa bed in the family room was really uncomfortable and if we return we will book 2 rooms next time. Breakfast was very nice, however, the staff struggled to keep up with the demand so there was a lot of time spent standing around waiting for bread, pastries etc to be replenished."

Because the hotel is close to the tramline which takes you into the centre of Reims, that was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was reasonably priced for a full English type breakfast. We would stay there again if we visited Reims."

"Lovely hotel, staff greeted us warmly on arrival with a cold drink and took our bags straight off us and took them to the room.
The room had a lovely view of the cathedral and was exceptionally clean, albeit a little small, but that’s due to the location.
The breakfast was top quality and tasty!
The spa was ok, but not worth the extra cost in my opinion, especially at a 5 star hotel.
