"I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk.
