First, they offer daily room service - new towels, etc. In addition, there is an attendant in the breakfast room who gives personalized service - making the waffles for clientele, etc. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern and tasteful."

"My family and I were in town for a wedding. When we arrived, the young man working at the front desk informed me that I needed to give him a $100.00 cash security deposit. I was never told this when I made the reservation or when I called the day before to confirm the reservation. I had no cash on me. We were tired from traveling, but I had to get back in the car and drive to an ATM to get $100.00. Also, the following morning the maid wakes us up at 9:20am. by knocking on the door when check out...
