"A limpeza estava muito boa, a piscina é excelente, mas esperava um pouco mais de conforto, por exemplo: travesseiro extra, um por pessoa realmente acho pouco, papel higiênico folha simples, pelo menos um folha dupla, alem de deixar extra no quarto ajudaria, quando fizemos checkin a porta da sacada estava aberta, então o quarto estava cheio de mosquitos, café da manhã achei a variedade boa, mas os doces poderiam ser melhores, os bolos, docinhos e orelha de gato não estavam bons, o cream chease...

"The hotel was great. I had a nice view of the beach and a private balcony. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Leonard at the front desk speaks good English and was very helpful with recommending places to eat and also calling for taxis. I can’t wait to visit again. "

"La verdad, de las peores experiencias que he tenido, la pieza estaba bien, el precio estaba bien, y el desayuno estaba bastante bien. Pero la verdad es que sufrimos un error grave, todo el edificio quedo sin agua, nosotros con 2 niños menores de 3 años, fue un caos, tuvimos que cambiarnos de pieza a las 12 de la noche, sin ayuda de nadie, maletas, cuna, todo. Y nos fuimos a una pieza que estaba congelada, pedimos volver a la torre principal al dia siguiente que estaba resuelto el tema del agua,...

The apartment also had a living room area and a kitchen with full fridge. Overall good value for the price. Also had breakfast buffet included. Only downside was that we had to pay for parking. "

Pasamos bárbaro el equipo de animación fue excelente, Cebola y minhoca junto a la otra chica estuvieron pendientes de que no solo disfrutaramos en familia sino que nos dieron tiempo para disfrutar en pareja. Muy recomendable. La playa y el servicio de playa excelente. Todo el personal con buena disposición. Si hay algo para aconsejar es que tendrían que contratar más personal de apoyo para la reposición del Buffet principalmente cuando hay grupos grandes como fue el caso que habían 2 ómnibus de excursion lo que llevaba el servicio al limite. Pero por lo demás 10 puntos."
