"Little to no English spoken, poor breakfast offering, bed was like a wooden plank with no mattress, the safe didn’t lock and the Wifi was so bad it was unusable and would drop out every minute and not let you log back on. Would never stay here again or recommend anybody else too"

English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"

"We booked the room with river view and loved it. It had the view where the 3 rivers merged and we could see "The Ningbo Bund" - where the pubs were located. From 7pm to 10 pm every night, the buildings are lit with coordinated coloured lights. Amazing view.

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip. The service was excellent—my room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had two meetings with my suppliers at the hotel, and it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, so it felt like having a private dinner. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!"

"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean. Lots of building works going on. Also, the area is quite nice but a fair way away from Ningbo town centre. Which is fine. The Ningbo railway station is a typical nightmare. I would probably stay again at the hotel. The rooms were new and clean but I'd have preferred a view of the area. My room had a view of the building next door. I've had worse and the price was pretty decent. "
