"Easy checkin. The clerk at the check in desk was extremely accommodating and addressed all questions and concerns promptly. The room was spacious and the breakfast was filling and varied. We only stayed one night at this hotel but from our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel when visiting or on transit through Rubelles. The staff goes above and beyond expectations."

"Vieil hôtel situé juste en face du château de Fontainebleau, chambre rénovée et propre. Lit confortable. Personnel accueillant et serviable, les propriétaires sont sur place et s’occupent des clients. Le petit déjeuner non inclus est très bien et vaut le prix demandé. Pas d’ascenseur mais les proprio vous offrent de monter les bagages lourds aux étages à l’aide d’un treuil. Stationnement sécurisé disponible pour 15 euros par jour."

"It served its purpose very well in spite of a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Duvets were very heavy. Convenient for motorway."

"This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. As I went to bed a cockroach scurried up the headboard which was the worst! My husband managed to kill it. The non smoking room had a terrible smell of smoke as it must have been used by smokers. It permeated fabric and carpet therefore you could not air the room out and get rid of the smell. Overall not a place I would return to considering the price. "

"I booked it through expedia as "1 double, 1 single" and got two single beds. otherwise, the place was just average - nothing great, nothing terrible. Fine for a late-night driving break."

"We stayed during the Olympic Games in August 2024 an the hotel was super busy. The staff were really helpful, room was clean and airconditioned. The breakfast was perfect for this type of hotel. You could not ask for a better experience."

"Comfortable and convenient hotel. It looks big but is really quite small. The grounds are in need of a gardener but the oak forest in front of the hotel shield it from a very busy road. There is a Buffalo Grill opposite but there is no pedestrian exit so a little difficult in my opinion. The hotel is very close to Vaux le Vicomte and Fontainebleau if like us you like visiting chateaux."
