"Very good location, nice staff, very nice room and comfortable bed. It would be better if they didnt charge 3$ per small bottle of water for the room. For the amount of room charge and being a Hilton they should offer a complimentary bottle per person per room for every day of stay. Other hotels like the Marrior Courtyard hotels do this for sure."

"I can't imagine that you could find a better location in midtown if you're visiting NYC as a tourist. You're next to Herald Square and Koreatown. There are restaurants and shops on your block, and a subway entrance on the corner. The Empire State Building is the next street over. The lobby is nice and the rooms are clean, if small, but that shouldn't be surprising for a NYC hotel room. Perfect for families. The AC works. The bathroom has no problems. The TV connects with your apps and the wifi is good. The hallways are a little sterile and the ice machines are on every 3rd floor, so getting ice may require an elevator ride."

"Secured access with room key to to get to your floor, nice adjoining restaurant and staff. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel clean. Outside area not so clean, construction goin on or not. Scafolding over front of hotel. Sidewalk dirty, needs to be pressure washed. Homeless near"

"This is our 13th time staying here. Plan to return again Love this hotel. First time I had to book 2 queen beds and wish it toilet wasn’t extremely low & bathroom fan would be put in along with a stand up shower. Not sure if it’s because of queen beds as usually stay in room with king bed. Hope they update bathroom to comfort height toilet seats and stand up showers with fan. "

"Stayed here before and after our trip to Iceland. Both times had a very good experience at the hotel with easy walk to the MOMA and Broadway shows, as well as Times Square. Breakfast included. Very good value for the price. Would definitely stay here again."
