"The air conditioning in the two rooms we had didn’t keep the rooms cool. The front desk was nice and gave us fans and it was hard getting place to deliver food there.

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise...
